Employment & Volunteers
Preservation Chicago welcomes graduate and undergraduate students to participate in an internship program to support our mission as Chicago’s grassroots historic preservation advocacy and education organization.
Preservation Chicago’s internship program is project-oriented. Candidates are encouraged to pursue their preservation interests and design their own deliverable. Potential areas of focus include photo-documentation, community organizing, policy creation, or outreach and education.
Internships are part-time and unpaid. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized and willing to take initiative. Internships are granted competitively by merit.
If you are interested in an internship at Preservation Chicago, please email a proposal and resume to firstname.lastname@example.org.
